About the Program

The International Studies program strives to prepare students for the ever-changing world in which we live regardless of students’ future roles. Corporate executives across the nation have expressed the need for college graduates who are:

  • able to think critically and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
  • comfortable working in teams, both within their areas and cross-functionally;
  • proficient in information and telecommunications technologies; and
  • knowledgeable about the global environment in which they must function and the cultural diversity it entails
